< 01 > ABOUT ME

Through design, I connect business decisions to the products people use.

I’m a Product Designer with over eight years in digital products and four in design leadership. I connect business rules, operations and people’s needs through B2B journeys, conversational experiences and shared systems.

How I work

Understand the problem. Shape the solution. Follow what changes.

At Turn2C, I redesigned the B2B partner entry journey: eligibility first, a demo before full approval and visible next steps. I connected the journey to the CRM and analytics to investigate where people progressed or stopped.

Leadership

Set direction and help the team make decisions.

I’ve led more than 12 designers across different teams and initiatives. At smarters, the team had six people across Product Design and Content Operations at the same time.

I established standards, documentation, handoff and design critique. At Turn2C, I coordinated designers across squads and aligned decisions with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Legal and Operations.

Point of view

Strategy is built in the details, too.

At Smarters, components and guidance became part of the same workspace. In i.agora, I refined the prototype after the hackathon to distinguish adjustable plans, projections and the person’s choices. Different contexts, the same practice: making decisions understandable through the interface.

AI in my process

More capacity to explore, build and learn.

I use AI to explore alternatives, prototype and automate repetitive tasks. In i.agora, it supported prompt exploration and front-end iterations.

Technology expands what we can build; my role is to decide where it makes sense and assess the quality of the experience.
